January 2017 CrashInjury

Corrupted v.I.n calibration in PCM causing a.b.s module to lock front brakes and not fully release. 2 front ABS sensors read 14% different speed from rear causing ABS to sense an issue when there is not an actual mechanical issue. When a.b.s tries to slow front wheels it does not fully release front wheels causing brakes to overheat to the point of causing brake fire. I have worked with ford dealership trying to resolve this issue but they cannot come up with a solution.

Bought truck used with approximately 35,000 miles. Driving down the road from 45 to 55 the front suspension gets a terrible shimmy. When this occurs, its hard to handle the truck. The front end shakes violantly. A dangerous situation since I am normally pulling a race car with this truck. Truck is not a daily driver. It's average use is 4 to 6 times per month. In order to get the shimmy to stop, sometimes I can slow down below 40 MPH. Otherwise, I have to stop. It may or may not go away.
