What owners wrote

While trying to make a slight left turn from curb side parking to get on the road, the steering wheel seized without warning and since I was not able to make it turn to the right I was hit in the front by a car coming from behind. The vehicle was turned off and resetarted. In addition when the cops arrived to the scene of collision they requested to see if the car can be moved and when I shifted into drive, the instrument panel displayed reversed and the vehicle moved backwards instead of forward.
