The consumer stated that the front end of the truck pushed the engine in enough, that it had broken the windshield, and neither of the air bags deployed. (both vehicles in this accident were totaled) ford/f150/2000 scc
2000 ford truck excursion; while driving 30 MPH had a direct frontal impact, an driver's/passenger's airbags did not deploy, which did not protect the occupant in this crash. Dealer was not willing to find the cause of the problem. Please provide further information.
Consumer was traveling about 65MPH on highway and another vehicle veered into consumer's vehicle, forcing him off to shoulders into a barrier. Upon impact, driver's side airbag didn't go off.
Purchased a 2000 ford windstar last week of january 2004 for the price of 13900.00. The van was stored out back for a while, and was under 30,000 miles when I bought it. The dealer never got it inspected until two weeks after I purchased and picked up the vehicle. By july 2004, our van was in the shop regarding transmission problems. They had it for two weeks. Upon picking it up, they left me no work order that was done and claimed they put in 4,000 dollars worth of work (verbally). I therefore contacted a lawyer.
I was driving our ford expedition and I stopped at a light. When the light turned green I began to accelerate and I heard a pop from the engine. The truck immediately began to ride very roughly, and we smelled gas as we pull the truck to the side of the road.
