Tl* the contact owns a 2006 ford fusion. The contact stated that while traveling at an unknown speed, the vehicle violently lunged forward and suddendly accelerated without warning. As a result, the contact lost control of the vehicle was crashed into a light pole. The vehicle was destroyed. A police report was filed. The contact sustained major injuries, had to undergo surgery and was in a comatose state for an extended period of time. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
This vehicle lose power and slows down, it happened on the express way more than 5 times. I was almost rear ended by a semi truck. I only drive it on side streets now. It pops into gear very hard, the wrench light and the check engine light is on. It gets stuck in second gear and burns a lot of gas. It started soon after the warranty ran out.
