2011 Ford Fusion lighting problems

Was driving and pulled up to a stop light and noticed a foul smell that smelled like brakes from vehicle next to me. Pulled into my work and the smell got really strong and I noticed some smoke starting to roll from the trunk of my car. I opened the trunk to find that the trunk had caught fire. I was able to put the fire out but the whole light assembly had been burned along with some wiring and the molding that houses the light assemblies. Recall issued for ford taurus but not fro fusion with same bad parts.

I had a recall on my car last year 2017. I took it to be fixed. They replaced the throttle body and power steering module. After having that replaced I later notice my car wasn't driving right. There was a whining noise and a noise coming for steering wheel. So I took my car back to have it check out.the guy said it will cost $130.00 for them to check my car. I asked if cost to check the part they replaced because my car was driving the same since they fixed it.
