Driver apparently fell asleep behind wheel& crashed into a ditch. Then into several trees head-on while traveling about 65 MPH. There was no deployment of driver's side or passenger's side air bags. All three passengers were injured. Truck was totalled. Please provide any further information.
While driving 35 MPH had a frontal impact, and t driver's/passenger's air bags did not deploy, which did not protect the occupants in this crash. No prior warning and problems. Please provide further information.
Truck left road at 45 MPH head on center collison with tree enough damage to total truck includes frames bent body warped engine out of line in frame no airbag deployment I am a ford technician 30 years experience have seen another ranger 1999 with extensive damage to front once again no airbag deployment please help
1. Normal driving. The rear of the frame from before the rear shackle to the bumper is rotted. 2. The frame is rotted and now is unsafe to drive due to the suspension components being compromised. 3. I have had the frame repaired at a shop, the rest of the body has no rust on it at all, the engine runs great, interior has held up nice, but the frame rotted out.
While driving on the highway, I was having difficulty steering. The car was pulling to the left and I had to pull over because it was too difficult to manage. Upon inspection, the right front tire was toed-in and the upper tire stabilizer arm broke away from the frame at the bracket. The bracket attaching the arm to the frame had snapped. The frame itself just below that bracket was cracked with severe rot on both sides. The rest of the truck is in perfect condition except for the frame.
