I have been a long time buyer of GM products, I still have a 99 tahoe, 07 GMC savanna and an 02 GMC sierra hd 2500, recently purchased a 2012 yukon xl denali used with 22,000 miles on it from old saybrook GMC in ct, clean as a whistle everything looked, went to wash it and spray underneath in the first week after I bought it and noticed underneath the frame wax all pealing and frame very rusted, along with many other things rusting . My 02 with 170,000 miles on it looks better then this.
My vehicle was parked in my driveway, stationary, on a suburban street in a small town overnight beginning at about 8pm on friday august 12,2016. The following morning, august 13, 2016 at at about 7:30 am I entered the vehicle to go to the store and observed a large crack running perpendicular with the dash from near the window to a over the instrument cluster. This is a known defect with similar GM models between 2007-2013(14).
Dashboard has significant cracking in it after only 60,000 miles. Both on passenger side near air bag and above drivers side controls.
