What owners wrote

Dear NHTSA: I am writing about my 2000 honda accord coupe which had an accident on may 22nd, 2010. I was driving in dry conditions along I-85 north in jefferson county, georgia when the left rear tire suddenly blew out causing my car to flip and roll over. We do not know what caused the blowout. I lost consciousness briefly and my neck was severely broken. I had to have an operation and will be out of work for at least three months. My son was injured but not as severely as me, with many cuts on his face and ear.
