2019 Honda Accord body & structure problems

While I was on the way home from work, I waited for the broken yellow line to pass 2 cars in front of me, when I was midway through passing both of them, the second car in line wanted to pass the car in front as well but did not look to see that I was already passing and right beside him, and jerked over and hit the side of me which caused me then to spin out of control and land in a ravine.

Clear coat is peeling off of the right (passenger) front fender. Clear coat is peeling off of the right (passenger) side front bumper cover. Clear coat is peeling/bubbling off the trunk in two different locations. First noticed at ~ 700 miles. Bought vehicle brand new from wetzel honda in richmond indiana with 44 miles on the vehicle at delivery.
