Tl*the contact owns a 2007 honda accord. While driving 40 MPH, the contact rear ended another vehicle. The vehicle was driven to the dealer. The contact stated that when he depressed the brake pedal, it held for a moment and then began to vibrate. He applied more pressure to the pedal, but it would not hold. My 2007 honda accord has braking problems. I recently had to replace the all of the brakes and rotors due to over heating. The brakes are mushy and applying the brakes results in a jerky, spasmodic, uneven effect that is close to resulting in loss of vehicle control. The symptoms are very similar to those of the 2008 odyssey that resulted in a recall.
