What owners wrote

While driving my 2019 Honda Accord at approximately 65 mph on the highway, the car suddenly lost power, went into limp mode, and the steering wheel locked up. I was unable to turn or control the vehicle, which resulted in another car crashing into me. I sustained injuries in the accident and required medical attention. The incident was extremely dangerous and could have been fatal. After being towed to Russell & Smith Honda, they confirmed a blown head gasket was the cause of the failure.

March 2025 CrashInjury

The contact owns a 2019 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the messages "Engine Temperature Too Hot - Do Not Drive - Allow Engine to Cool" and "Engine Temperature Near Limit - Avoid Heavy Acceleration and High Speeds" were displayed. The contact pulled over and had the vehicle towed to the dealer, who determined that there was no coolant leak but that the head gasket was blown and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired.
