I am reporting unwanted, excessive acceleration for my 2010 honda ridgeline. After turning into a parking lot, I was easing into my desired parking space and, since there was a slight incline, I lightly pressed the accelerator to inch further into the space. All of a sudden, to my surprise and without an opportunity to react, the truck accelerated greatly, propelling itself over a 5 inch curb, past two feet of space, and through the wall of a building.

Reported at 28,240 miles, October 2012 Crash

I backed my 2010 honda ridgeline out of my garage. It was a little too close to my basketball hoop so I put it in drive to pull forward. The truck took off like a jet and accelerated about 20 feet forward until it crashed into my garage. I immediately looked down and my foot was firmly on the brake and the brake was completely pressed to the floor. The truck accelerated by itself. I am thankful nobody got hurt. It did a number on the ridgeline and my garage.
