After arriving home from the dealer with this brand new vehicle, my wife on the passenger side could not open the door even though I pressed unlock switch on the driver side. I shut the car off and pressed the unlock button on the key and also tried to pull up the lock manually but I couldn't get it to unlock. After several attempts it finally worked and she was able to get out.

Takata reccall - I own an affected vehicle and despite calling honda no one has contacted me about providing safe transportation until the issue is fixed. The parts to fix may not be ready until the summer and their own site states that danger includes serious injury and even death. I have been in 2 accidents where the airbags did not deploy and am concerned about the safety of myself and my family when driving this vehicle.
