2022 Jeep Wrangler brakes problems

The Wrangler accelerated while doing regenerative braking or while my foot was on the brake. This caused it to hit a building. It is available for inspection. My safety and my child's safety was put at risk when contact was made with a building. Those inside the building were also at risk. The problem has not been reproduced yet as the incident just happened. The vehicle was towed to a dealer. Insurance will be inspecting. Police were called to scene of accident. I will file a claim with Jeep as well.

The contact owns a 2022 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that after starting the vehicle, the ABS warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed that the ABS module needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the contact stated that the failure reoccurred after starting the vehicle.
