****note - missing VIN and model year**** my friend is in intensive care at the hospital and has been declared brain dead. As she was getting out of her car, her car rolled over on her in reverse crushing her heart and cutting off circulation to her brain. The rotary shift knob she believed to be in park must have been in reverse or must have malfunctioned. She is 41 and leaves behind two young daughters. Please investigate into these rotary shift knobs which need to be outlawed!!!

October 2018 InjuryDeath

The car was in a stationary position on the garden state parkway (traffic related) when another car failed to brake and hit the range rover from behind going approximately 55 miles an hour. Upon impact, the driver of the range rover was propelled forward into the steering wheel causing face and head trauma. Driver was wearing a seat belt. After the accident, I tried to engage the seat belt into a locking position which it failed to do. I have called the dealer and range rover corp to discuss the issue.
