Tl* the contact owned a 2018 lincoln mkx. While the contact was stopped in traffic, a 2004 chevrolet tahoe crashed into the rear of the contact's vehicle. The bottom of the driver's seat slid all the way back and the seat back reclined. As a result, the seat belt did not restrain the contact because he did not move forward in the seat. The contact sustained injuries to the back, knees, wrist, and neck. The contact also suffered a concussion. Medical attention was received. The air bags did not deploy.
Vehicle was traveling w/b on new york state thruway when a deer jumped in front of and was hit by car. The air bags deployed ( steering wheel, knee bags and passenger side curtain.) problem is they did not deflate ! This made it impossible for driver to step on brakes or to see ! Very dangerous situation extremely lucky no serious injury or other vehicle involved driver had hard time getting out of vehicle (observed by state police)
We had our first incident on aug 2 when my wife was driving. Car stalled at a traffic light and she restarted it . Transmission was in drive and she started to accelete to go ahead. The car itself went into reverse and almost hit the car behind her. She was extremely shaken and refused to drive it again. She called a towtruck to take it to our dealer. The dealer could not find the problem so installed an electrical device to record another incident.
I have hankook ventus s1 noble2 245/50r20 tires and vehicle has 19827 miles on them. Couple of month ago they start randomly drop pressure without any visible damage, I pumped them back and continue drive. Yesterday when I came out of store one of tires had 0 pressure. I put spare tire and drove 1/2 mile to belle tire store to fix it. Technician refuse to fix a tire as thread worn beyond repair (for 20000 miles?).
