Tl*the contact owns a 2007 mazda 3. While driving 35 MPH, the contact's vehicle was rear-ended by another vehicle. The air bags failed to deploy. Two passengers seated in the rear of the vehicle were taken to the hospital. The contact and another passenger were also injured. A police report was filed. The contact feels that the vehicle is unsafe and the manufacturer should be responsible. The current and failure mileages were 33,000.
Airbag failed to deploy in an accident where I hit another car (my front end hit her tail end). I hit the other person's car doing approximately 40 MPH and came to a dead stop on impact.
My parents' 2007 mazda 3 5 door hatchback was rear-ended while traveling at approximately 40 MPH by a ford edge SUV traveling at a higher rate of speed. The mazda then hit the tall concrete divider nearly head-on, propelled forward by the initial impact. The mazda was a total loss, sustaining moderate rear end damage and heavy front end damage. Both my mother (who was driving) and my father (in the front passenger seat) were injured and taken to the hospital. Both people were wearing their seat belts.
I have been getting my car regularly maintenanced (and tired rotated and balanced) every six months and I have all the receipts to prove this. Dates as follows: november 14, 2007, march 6, 2008, august 25, 2008, april 9, 2009 and sept 4, 2009. I was informed that my tires were 'cuppling' and that I need all 4 tires now as well as a 4 wheel alignment. There are toyo tires and I have one 34,000 miles on them. I was hearing rattling sound coming from the console, dashboard and passenger side door while I drive.
Tl*the contact owns a 2007 mazda3. The contact stated that on three occasions while driving between 30-35 MPH, the vehicle suddenly stopped without prior warning. The check engine light and power steering light both illuminated after the failure. The contact replaced the battery but the failure occurred again. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where the contact was told that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. The contact had not spoken with the manufacturer at the time of the complaint.
