I was parking in front of the doctor's office when the car suddenly accelerated very fast, jumped the curb and ran into the wall of one of the examining rooms, injuring a patient.no one in the car was injured but the car was totaled. Air bgs did not deploy. This is the second incident of sudden acceleration problems but I managed to stop the car before hitting another car on our church parking lot.

I was driving home from work at approximately 1:30 pm on a clear, sunny day, about a minute away from my home. The road conditions were good, and there was no traffic. I stopped at the corner to make a left turn. As I proceeded to turn, the car suddenly accelerated. I immediately applied the brakes, but they did not engage. I had no control of the car.

Takata recall. Both airbags replaced january 2019. Toxic smell in vehicle since replacement. No improvement from air fresheners, odor absorbers, or wiring of vehicle. So far no remedy or explanation from installing dealer, but waiting for meeting with mercedes representative after memorial day. Wife can't drive or ride in vehicle without aadverse reaction.

Takata recall, I have a 2011 mb that I have received a recall on for replacement. This was received in february 2019, and here it is sept 19 and nothing has been done. I depend on this car daily for business and driving usage, but recently read where a person was hurt from this issue. I have clients, family, and friends who ride in this vehicle. I have no replacement nor time frame of repair. My complaint is that my vehicle has been sidelined for repair and it should be replaced by mb or takata.
