What owners wrote

Driver's seat is broken - the entire frame on the left side broke and the seat falls to the left, making it impossible to be comfortable and safe. Currently have 2x4 boards holding up the seat, and an unable to adjust the seat creating a pain in my lower back, as well as a safety flaw in the vehicle.

Reported at 51,000 miles, March 2009 Injury

Drivers side seat frame failure. Chair became very wobbly and my wife almost crashed the vehicle. She had to stop the car, lower the seat to the very lowest to flatten out the wobble, then she was able to drive home. Driving this was compromises her ability to sit up higher and see more of the road. Very dangerous and nissan needs to take responsibility. Replacement for the seat 1200-1800, just the frame alone is 800. This is ridiculous and dangerous.
