2015 Nissan Murano air bags problems

Tl* the contact owned a 2015 nissan murano. While driving approximately 60 MPH, another vehicle crashed into the rear of the contact's vehicle. As a result, the contact crashed into the guardrail. The air bags failed to deploy. The contact sustained head, shoulder, lower back, and neck injuries that required medical attention.
