2004 Nissan Quest air bags problems

On 1-11-08 I was involved in a single car collision in my 2004 nissan quest. I was avoiding another vehicle and swerved into a cement barrier wal, head on. I then tried to correct the vehicle and struck the right front bumper into another cement wall. Neither airbag deployed. My vehicle has been looked at by progressive and a body shop, plus sent for diagnostics to a nissan dealer. Everyone agrees the airbags should have deployed.

Dt*: the contact stated while traveling various speeds, the airbag warning light remained illuminated after an occupant who weighed 115 pounds sat in the seat. The front passenger air bag would not deploy in the event of a crash when the air bag light was illuminated. On another occasion, an occupant who weighed 150 pounds sat in the passenger seat, and the air bag light remained illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who performed a diagnostic, and did not provide any error codes.
