2019 Ram 2500 brakes problems

Tl* the contact owns a 2019 ram 2500 vehicle rolled away crashed into a 2nd vehicle faulty transmission and brake system the contact stated that after stopping on a very slight incline and switching the transmission to the park position with the engine still running the occupants exited the vehicle and the vehicle suddenly rolled forward crashing into a second vehicle. During the incident the owner re-enter the vehicle and pressed the brake pedal but the vehicle did not stop. No injuries were reported.

The contact owns a 2019 Ram 2500. The contact stated that while her son was driving approximately 24 MPH, the check engine warning light illuminated and suddenly the steering wheel became inoperable causing the driver to lose control of the vehicle and crash into a parked vehicle. During the failure, the brakes were also inoperable. The air bags failed to deploy. There were no injuries reported. A police report was filed and the vehicle was towed to the local dealer.
