What owners wrote

I was driving during night with lights on at hiway speed and all interior and exterior lights went out while driving 70 MPH in pitch black! I had to guess where I was on curved overpass. I tried flicking the hi/low beam switch, but that didn't help. Couldn't get lights to come on until stopped, shut off car and restarted it. Has happened twice since I bought it new. First time was prior to any body damage, second time it wasn't completely pitch black so not as dangerous.

Reported at 78,000 miles, October 2019 CrashInjury

Battery died, battery was jumped and the windshield wipers switch fried and short circuited my entire electrical wiring. Resulting in $2,800.00 in damages. The car was stationary. There was recall on this problem for camry's and I believe this wasn't fixed on mine.
