Bought with 22k miles about 1 1/2 years ago. The cruise control speed and the speedometer issues have always been present. When using cruise control (under 45 suburban and urban streets) the car sometimes cannot regulate on slight inclines and speeds up by up to 5 MPH over setting and doesn't decelerate. Several times it's done it on flat roads. It's never done this on the freeway even coming up slopes. It's rare that my digital speed reading is the same as my set cruise control speed.
