The vehicle was traveling eastbound on us 20 in wood county ohio when it was involved in a head on collision with a westbound vehicle. The webbing which attaches the seatbelt buckle to the vehicle failed and torn causing the seatbelt to come free, unable to restrain the driver. The driver ultimately suffered fatal injuries in the collision. This is being submitted by ohio state highway patrol crash reconstruction.
I was hit from behind by a speeder in which caused significant damages to my vehicle. No airbags deployed. I was advised when purchasing this car that toyota connects detects crashes and that the emergency system would call the car. Unfortunately, not only did the airbags not deploy but the emergency system didn't not call the vehicle as I was advised. My vehicle has defects and the manufacturer is responsible. I purchased this vehicle brand new thinking it could keep me safe driving.
Will driving the car decelerated and would not go pass 20MPH. Break, engine, ect. Lights turned on. The car has only 1345 miles. So far it has happened twice. Second time going to the dealership.
I was driving down the road and my driver window blew up. Yes, it blew up into a million pieces all over me and hit my face. Nothing had hit my windshield. None of my windows were down. I thought I was getting shot at, the noise of it blowing terrified me! I took my car to toyota and said there was nothing they could do!! My warranty won't even cover it! It's 700 dollars to fix it. I know this was not my fault and nothing hit my window it would have not exploded if that was the case.
