The gear was shifted into park and the engine turned off. The contact sustained minor injury to the knee. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer.
Tl* the contact owns a 2010 toyota tundra. The contact was braking from 30 MPH when the brakes failed to engage. The contact proceeded to crash into the rear of another vehicle. The driver side air bag deployed yet the contact sustained injuries to the shoulder, back and right leg. The vehicle was towed to a garage. The contact's insurance company investigated the failure and determined it was caused by the floor mat becoming lodged between the brake pedal. The failure and current mileage was 3,500.

The truck shakes really bad causing me to not be able to drive past 50 MPH. Have had tires replaced, alignment done, and new brakes. Have also had tires balanced. Still shakes.
