2015 Cadillac SRX suspension problems

I'm writing to you about an incident that took place on may 18, 2019. My husband and I were traveling home in our cadillac srx at about 6:00 pm our car suddenly spun out of control as we heard a bang, throwing us across three lanes listening to cars screeching all around us on the nj turnpike, we then hit into the side of a tractor trailer, pushing us back again across the three lanes until we finally stopped in the far left lane.

The contact owns a 2015 Cadillac SRX. The contact received a notification for NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V473000 (Suspension) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The contact also stated that soon after receiving the notice, an abnormal cranking sound began to emit from the rear of the vehicle while driving. There was no warning light illuminated. The dealer had been notified about the failure and a service agent made an appointment to have the vehicle serviced.
