Tl* the contact owned a 2010 cadillac srx. The contact stated that while driving at 30 MPH, the traction control, engine, rear axle service, and power train warning lights illuminated. The contact lost control of the steering wheel as the vehicle pulled to the left. The contact tried to regain control of the steering wheel however crashed into a telephone pole. All air bags deployed. Medical attention was contacted. The contact was taken to the hospital for minor injuries to both arms. A police report was filed.
My husband and I were returning from a trip to myrtle beach. We had just gotten on the new york state thruway. We had just passed a tractor trailer when all of a sudden the car immediately veered to the right. My husband attempted to correct this and it immediately veered to the left. It did this 2-3 times before he was able to get it under control. We pulled off to the left shoulder of the thruway and called for a tow truck. It was towed to otto cadillac in albany new york. This is the repair that was required.
