4 Mar 2021 passenger side front wheel bearing failed while returning home from anniversary trip with 37,733 miles on our SRX. Dealer stated that SRX was out of warranty due to time after purchase. 5 July 2021 passenger side rear wheel bearing failed while returning home from family trip with 40,003 miles on our SRX. Called Cadillac Customer Care and received a case number. Immediately received an email stating that she was my customer advocate and would get back to me within 3 working days (email is attached).

The contact stated that while driving at various speeds on a bumpy road surface, the vehicle shuddered, and the rear of the vehicle was pulling to the left. Additionally, the contact stated that the tires had become damaged prematurely. The dealer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired.
