While driving 33 MPH consumer's vehicle collided with the vehicle in front. Upon impact, both frontal air bags failed to deploy. Driver and passenger sustained minor injuries, and were transported to the hospital. The vehicle was towed to a repair shop.
Truck was involved in a crash. First truck t boned another vehicle while traveling about 45 MPH. Then, truck went down into an embankment, and hit a concrete culvert. Upon impact, there was no deployment of driver's side air bag. Passenger's side air bag was turned off. Not sure if the truck was totalled.
While going about 45 MPH, 1400 pound cow was in the middle of the round in front of vehicle. Then it hit the side of the truck, and airbags didn't deploy.
ABS on a slightly bumpy road, caused accident. I had plenty of time to stop but the ABS kept kicking in for no reason making me slide right into the guy. Truck is still damaged, 2200$ worth of repairs needed.
Defective parts ---right and left seat back recliners broke in the same identical places after very little use. The right side broke with no more than 4-5 times of use. The left side broke after no more than 10 times of use. If this was a item that got used every day I would understand they might wear out. I had the extended warranty but it expires at 75000 miles so GM refuses to warranty it. *nlm
