December 2014 CrashDeath

Driving on the interstate (I-90 mt), on cruise control, braking for a car in front going slower, found that no braking occurred, sudden acceleration to 90 MPH, tried to change gears, turn off engine, pump brakes without results, then glancing blow to vehicle in front, no airbags deployed, bailed off road into burrow pit, eventually slowed. My dashboard is cracked in two different areas. I see that many dashboard between 2013 and 2017 chevy tahoes have crack. One of the cracks leads into the compartment that holds the front passenger airbag. These cracks are not from neglect and these crabs are not from heat because I use sun visors daily due to the fact that I'm black on black and it keeps the car much cooler. I have attached pictures and I feel that general motors should take care of this. This is a $70,000 vehicle when new.
