Consumer was involved in a frontal collision in which driver's and passenger's air bags did not deploy. The manufacutrer stated the crumple zones absorb enough of the impact so the air bags could not deploy.
Stopped at red light. Was rear-ended. After being hit, we noticed that we were laying back in the front two seats which had collapsed. The car was totalled. (state farm is the agent handling the adjustment). Passenger suffered mild concussion/ neck/ arm and back injuries. Driver has muscle aches and headaches. I have contacted a law firm ref this incident to possibly pursue action against chrysler and state farm.
Car engine slug barings while driving shut down and slid off the road hitting a tree with right driver's side tail end.
Dealership is unable to perform the floor shift ignition park interlock recall 04v021000 repairs because the manufacturer hasn't released the parts. Consumer contacted the manufacturer, and they were not providing any satisfactory explanation for this issue.
I was driving my 1998 chrysler concord to the hospital on a highway with my wife and my 5 month old baby, then all the sudden, and with no warning the car just stopped . I got a towtruck and I spent 2,000 to rebuilt the engine but still the car is not working properly.I have no idea what triged the engine failue especially that I keep changing oil and tune up every 3 months.
