Chrysler issued recall #n49/nhtsa 13v-529 on jan. 6, 2014 for a defective left tie rod ball stud that may cause loss of control of the vehicle while in motion. I contacted my dealer immediately and was told I would be put on a waiting list for the part which was not available at that time. After checking with the dealer multiple times since jan. 6, I have still not received the repair to my vehicle and was told that chrysler would only send one part per week per dealer. This is unacceptable.
