Consumer involved in an accident and air bags did not deploy. Passenger had seat belt on on hit her head on windshield, causing a slight concussion and other injuries. Driver and third passenger sustained bumps/bruises.
The vehicle went over a puddle of water and lost control.. Driver's side seat belt unfastened at that point. Vehicle then rolled over four times. Upon impact, air bags did not deploy. Driver was ejected through the windshield, and sustained a broken collar bone and three broken ribs. Also passenger in the front seat sustained internal head and back injuries.
While turning left in an intersection the steering wheel lock up on my aerostar ford '93 that caused me to turn over to the left and hit the opposite lane and hit a car. I was unable to straighten out the wheel as it locks up. After it was restarted the steering wheel was fine and 2 mechanics that I brought it to can't find any problems.
Air bag light started flashing constantly, then horn and cruise control stopped working. Noise in column sounds like loose wires flopping.
