What owners wrote

Door latch failure, causing door ajar warning to stay on and battery to drain. I have had to replace battery because of it. I have left shoulder and arm pain from opening and closing it repeatedly, until the latch closes and sends signal to control panel that the door is closed. I have safety concerns because I work at night and don't want a stalled vehicle or no lights in my car when I return to it. Also is concerns for safety of passengers and children in car with me.
