Ford motor company is aware of issue and has not corrected it. Ford should not be allowed to market vehicles that do not have properly functioning heating/defrosting controls. These vehicles are dangerous and the issue is well know by internet searches. People rely on vehicles to operate properly in winter conditions. This needs to be addressed.
