What owners wrote

Tl* the contact owned a 2015 ford expedition. After parking and exiting the vehicle, a fire started under the hood near the engine compartment. The fire spread to the front windshield. The vehicle was destroyed. The fire department extinguished the flames, but had not determined what had caused the fire. The police department towed the vehicle to a yard and then the insurance company towed the vehicle to a facility for diagnostic testing.

Reported at 30,000 miles, October 2018 Fire

Driving on a city street about to get onto a highway car started to stumble then died out. We got it started back up but no throttle. Had it towed back home. I hooked up an OBD2 code reader and the codes were p2112 and p2111 electronic throttle body. I found some info online like a recalibration test ( key on, press pedal down slowly then release slowly, then turn key off). Started back up like there was no problem.
