While getting into my 2007 ford f250 four door pickup my foot slipped off of the nurf bar, projected itself into the large space between the nerf bar and the vehicle body. Then, being off balance I fell down and my leg was broken right in two.

The vehicle crossed the highway into oncoming traffic and crashed into another guardrail. The air bags did not deploy. A police report was filed and there were no injuries. The vehicle was towed to the contact's residence. The contact attempted to move the vehicle and discovered that the steering wheel turned as designed; however, the wheels failed to move.
The truck I am paying over $50,000 for has left me stranded and has been towed 3 times in the last month. Purchased end of jan. '07, has 30,000 miles with a diesel engine. I am afraid to take this truck back on the road and ford says all they are obligated to do is repair the truck. This is the 4th attempt.
Running interstate going on bridge in curve an little crack in road made truck start shaking violently. Making me have to come to complete stop before it would quit shaking throwing stuff all around inside truck.
