Daughter killed when air bag failed to deploy on frontal impact. Mfrs have investigated and concluded air bag was disabled, probably intentionally, prior to crash. Facts seem inconsistent with this conclusion.

Suspension feels shaky as well as transmission. Key lock is faulty. I have had engine problems as you can see with head gasket and timing cover gasket. Also I had to replace cir conditioner condenser but air conditioner never worked.
Vehicle experienced subframe corrosion. Also, the bolt that attached the mount to the subframe was missing. A recall was issued. However, this vehicle was not included in the recall due to VIN.
