A few complaints as filed, shortened and with personal details removed. The first ones are among the most serious reports for this model year; the rest are typical.
Truck was traveling approximately at fifty or fifty five, suddenly driver lost control of vehicle, went off the road and landed in trees and bushes, none of the air bags deployed, there were three passengers.
Takata recall: I received a safety recall notice in july of 2015 regarding the front passenger airbag inflator. Recall #15438. I have had my vehicle in to the dealer multiple times and am still being told that there is "no remedy" for this recall. I am concerned for the safety and well being of the vehicle occupants should this vehicle be involved in an accident and the airbags deployed. It has been over 17 months and this safety concern is effecting my use of this vehicle.
