What owners wrote
I was driving and my car suddenly stopped in the middle of a very busy road, the vehicle started smoking while I was inside, it was so scary. I'm lucky that I'm alive. The vehicle was diagnosed by honda with a cracked engine. Honda was fully aware of the engine block leak issue back in 2013. Instead of offering a total recall to fix the issue for all the running civics, they simply offered a 10 year warranty, in case the problem surfaces.
The car overheated suddenly. The engine block has a crack. 134k miles. Well maintained vehicle. Perfectly good engine cracked.
