I was driving and my car suddenly stopped in the middle of a very busy road, the vehicle started smoking while I was inside, it was so scary. I'm lucky that I'm alive. The vehicle was diagnosed by honda with a cracked engine. Honda was fully aware of the engine block leak issue back in 2013. Instead of offering a total recall to fix the issue for all the running civics, they simply offered a 10 year warranty, in case the problem surfaces.
Driver side sun visor split open. One fine afternoon, I tried to move the sun visor in my car, the plastic split open with crack sound. I thought it just the problem with my car, but when I started looking for a replacement, I found lot of people have the same problem. Adding a complain to let you know its a widespread problem with honda civic.
