Reported at 42,000 miles, February 2012 Injury

Reported front passenger window malfunctioning to NHTSA early 2019 about this but no response. My research disclosed this problem was recalled but only up to 2006 models of the honda cr-v. My honda cr-v is 2009. Left with no choice but to cover repair costs of $325. Is there anyway NHTSA and your agency may investigate this? Said problem exists whether or not said vehicle stationary.
