Reported at 20,000 miles, January 2019 CrashInjury

Driving in neighborhood at 20-25 MPH, going down small hill, vehicle suddenly accelerated to about 40 MPH. Applied brakes, with no result. Continued up gradual incline and was able to stop. After a couple of minutes, determined that brakes were again responding, continued slowly to destination (two or three blocks). Honda arranged tow to dealer. Dealer has not been able to "duplicate customer concern," and states that the vehicle is ready for us to pick up. Do not want to drive this brand new car again.
