2005 Honda Odyssey wipers, windshield & visibility problems

We bought honda 2005 odyssey last june. On oct 4, we were involved in an accident. I was going 40 MPH when someone in a ford f250 pulled out right in front of me with the speed of 15 MPH (according to the police report). The ford truck crashed into the left front side of the van. Only the two front air bags deployed. My 2-year-old boy was sitting right behind the driver' seat. He was buckled in a 5-point car seat. His side sliding door's window (tinted) shattered and the broken glass flew into his face with force.

Failure of high beam, running lights, directional signals, power door looks, intemittent wipers. Failed safety inspection. Mechanic worked all day could find the problem. I drove it home. A couple of days later it was working. I brought it back to get a inspection sticker. All good. Worked for about a week then stopped working. I realilized the only difference was that outside temperature. It failed in the cold. I ran the heater in the car for about an hour on max heat. Still no good.
