There were no injuries. A police report was filed and the fire department extinguished the fire. The vehicle was towed to a tow lot where it was deemed a total loss. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer for diagnostic testing. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.

Vehicle was timely serviced /repaired by fiesta honda 6 times in less than 1.7 years. Registered a case with american honda to offer complete repair, extended bumper to bumper warranty and out of the pocket expenses.
