2018 Honda Odyssey body & structure problems

Crack in body seam above driver and passenger side of the tailgate AND underneath the roof rail cover caused water leakage. This resulted in a short of the power tailgate control module which draws down my battery and causes unexpected trunk closing during normal use. Family members have been hit in the head by the trunk due to the unexpected automatic emergency closing.

Sudden 'pop' noise was heard as coming to a stop on exit ramp of highway. Found out that the sunroof glass was brocken in pieces. Took it to dealer and they determined that something must have hit it without looking at the vehicle. Investigation needs to be done on vehicle prior to customer paying for the since american honda would not pay for the glass. The dealer wrap the glass over but still thorough investigation has not been done.
