What owners wrote

A few weeks ago I purchased a 2008 jeep grand cherokee. The mechanicals are fine. But there is a very pronounced reflection of the curved dash in the window which is exactly in the line of vision. It is extremely distracting, if not dangerously intrusive. It could be easily fixed if they decrease the size of the "gutter" around the curved area above the odometer. I have never seen such a pronounced reflection and in such a critical location, and it should be considered a severe design defect.

Reported at 160 miles, March 2008

While driving all my gauges stopped working such as the wipers, speedometer, oil light, all of my gauges stopped working that are controlled by the computer. Couldn't tell what gear I was in while driving. My radio and clock wouldn't work. My blinkers wouldn't work. I had to take it to get it fixed this morning. I surprised this wasn't on a recall.
