2006 jeep wrangler traveling approx. 45 MPH the front end starting shaking causing the loss of control of the vehicle. The vehicle with several passengers crashed upside down in a ten foot storm water waterway.
When refueling the vehicle, the fuel does not automatically shut off and splashes out down the side the vehicle, onto the ground and all over the person fueling the vehicle. This happens every time the vehicle needs to be refueled. Nothing has been found to stop this from happening. The dealer is unwilling to assist in solving the problem.

Regardless of how fuel nozzle is placed, fuel tank over fills approx 1/8th-1/3th gallon of fuel. I fear this could cause a fire in the event fuel splashed onto brake rotor or other hot components, not to mention the environmental and financial impact of this issue directly related to poor design.
