The 2010 lexus e35 I was a passenger in was rear ended in a multi-car accident on june 11, 2011, on interstate highway 80 in roxbury township, new jersey. There were three cars involved in this collision and the lexus I was riding in was the only car whose air bags failed to deploy. As result I sustained a severe case of whiplash involving my right shoulder and arm from which I continue to suffer almost constantly daily discomfort three years later.
